Moira Haren, MS, PA-C, physician’s assistant
Moira Haren, MS, PA-C, is our physician’s assistant. Prior to joining, she specialized in pain management of acute and chronic conditions. She also has experience as a senior clinical research coordinator in the areas of mental health, pain management and translational research in hematology and oncology. She received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Her master’s thesis centered on the role of the physician assistant in geriatric healthcare in the 21st century. Her bachelor of science was in microbiology from Bowling Green State University.
Barbara A. Neumann, RN, CNP, geriatric nurse practitioner
Barb Neumann, RN, CNP, joined our team because of her deep interest in caring for aging adults. She brings 18 years of cardiology experience, mostly at The Christ Hospital, to her new role as a geriatric nurse practitioner. Neumann has multiple degrees in nursing including her most recent master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds an associate degree in nutrition from Cincinnati State and Technical College as well as certification in the care of acutely ill adults in a hospital setting.
