The Christ Hospital Urgent Care provides fast, convenient assessment and access to a regional network of expert physicians and services provided by Cincinnati’s Most Preferred Hospital. Our doctors and staff bring emergency medicine expertise to your urgent medical situations, but with lower cost than an emergency department visit.

We’re located in Cincinnati on Red Bank Expressway and in Ft. Wright in Northern Kentucky. We have extended hours during the week and on weekends to allow you the flexibility of finding care when  it need it (walk-ins are welcome).  Our express check-in, as well as on-site X-ray and point-of-care lab testing, make the diagnosis and treatment process as convenient as possible.

Experienced care

Our services bridge the gap between those of your doctor’s office and the full scale services of the emergency department. Our doctors and nurse practitioners are board-certified.

Affordable care

A trip to Urgent Care means lower co-pays, or out- of- pocket expenses, than a visit to the emergency department (ED). The estimated cost of an urgent care visit is one-third to one-half that of an ED visit. We accept a wide range of commercial insurance and offer multiple payment options including cash, credit cards, medical savings plans, debit cards and checks.

On-site imaging

Routine X-rays are available on-site during all business hours. Some imaging may require off-site scheduling. If so, our staff will gladly help secure a time and place that works best for you.

On-site lab services

Lab tests for strep throat, pregnancy, mononucleosis (mono), influenza (flu), urinalysis, hemoglobin and electrolytes are available on-site, and resulted at the time of visit. More complex tests may be sent to an outside lab and are generally reported to you within 72 hours.
